"I had just gotten engaged and reached out to Amanda almost immediately. She's done beautiful work, and I knew there would be no one better to capture our special moment. We decided on a gorgeous hay field, unaware of a huge rainstorm heading our way. The weather started off perfect. She gave great direction, made us feel very comfortable, and we had so much fun with it. The rain came, and she reminded us we were there for fun, and we all went for it! In pouring rain she captured the most amazing photos. It couldn't have gone better if we had planned it. She brings the best vibes and captured such genuine moments we will hold with us for the rest of our marriage. The photos speak for themselves. We had the best time!

I’m all about capturing love and life – but every time I looked at typical couples photos or browsed Pinterest, I saw a lot of sameness. Same generic poses. Same lighting. Same detail shots. Don’t get me wrong – we all need a photo our grandma can proudly display on the fridge. But the couples and families I know are anything but typical.
I'm captivated by connection. Not the posed kind. The kind that happens in between - soft, unfiltered, deeply human.
What I photograph isn't just a moment. It's a core memory. I'm drawn to authenticity - with a fierce editorial eye. I want photos that feel like memory, framed with intention, lit with mood, and styled with soul. My work lives somewhere between the documentary and the editorial.
